Our long wheel base vehicles have large boots, ideal for carrying your luggage and ski equipment. If you have a bike or other large luggage, then please make sure you add this during the checkout process. If necessary, we will bring a box trailer. When you arrive at Geneva Airport, your transfer driver will meet you in the arrivals hall of Terminal 1, in front of the ‘BREZELHÖNIG’ Brezel Shop. As you come through arrivals, turn to the left and you will see ‘BREZELHÖNIG’ Brezel Shop at the back of the arrivals hall next to the glass sliding doors. Your driver will be stood with your name on a board (unless we advise otherwise). To cater for all airport transfer days and times, we sometimes work with trusted partners who may have a different meeting point. If this is the case, we will inform you in advance. If you are landing in Terminal 2 then we will come and collect you from there. If you can’t find your driver then please contact +44 7534 801 436 and wait in front of the ‘BREZELHÖNIG‘ Brezel Shop.

For departure transfers, please wait an extra 10 minutes after your scheduled pickup time. If your driver still hasn’t arrived then please contact us on +44 7534 801 436 .
If your numbers have changed then please contact us straight away and we will confirm if we can fit your extras in your vehicle. If needed we can use a bigger vehicle or add an extra vehicle to your booking.
Pickup times are usually between 3.5 and 4 hours before your departure flight time for Morzine (depending on road and weather conditions). We will text your departure pick up time to the mobile number provided on booking, the day before your flight. Please be ready for your designated pick up time, thank you.
