What happens if I can’t locate my driver?

If you can’t find your driver at the airport then please call +44 7534 801 436 and we will contact your driver.  In the meantime. please go to the ‘Tekoe Tea Shop’ in arrivals and we will let your driver know you are there.

For departure transfers, please wait an extra 10 minutes after your scheduled pickup time.  If your driver still hasn’t arrived then please contact us on +44 7534 801 436 .

Where will I meet the driver when I arrive?

When you arrive, your transfer driver will meet you in the arrivals hall in front of the ‘Tekoe Tea Shop’.  As you come through arrivals, turn to the left and you will see ‘Tekoe Tea Shop’ at the back of the arrivals hall next to the glass sliding doors.  Your driver will be stood with your with your name on a board (unless we advise otherwise).  To cater for all airport transfer days and times, we sometimes work with trusted partners who may have a different meeting point.  If this is the case, we will inform you in advance.  If you can’t find your driver then please contact +44 7534 801 436 and wait at the ‘Tekoe Tea Shop’.
