We want you to be confident that you have all the information you need before and during your airport transfer with us.  To help, we have included a few frequently asked questions and answers below.

Before you book

How do I make a booking on your website?

Easy…. click search for your airport transfer and enter your requirements.  Next, select your transfers, then follow through the simple and secure checkout procedure.  Once payment is made, we will email to confirm your booking.

What information do I need to make my booking?

You will need your

  • card payment billing information
  • Flight number for all journeys
  • For arrivals in to Geneva you need to provide your LANDING time
  • For departure flights leaving resort you need to provide your TAKE OFF time
  • Mobile number of one person who is travelling
  • Accommodation address

When you are ready and have all of the above, you can book your airport transfer

How do I pay for my airport transfer?

All bookings are confirmed with our quick, easy and secure online payments system.  You can pay with all major debit or credit cards.  Once payment is made at the online checkout, your airport transfer will be confirmed by email.  What are you waiting for?  Book your airport transfer now!

Can I book a transfer with more than one stop?

Yes you can, subject to availability.  Please contact us with your requirements and we’ll advise if we can provide a suitable transfer to suit your requirements.  If you need to stop to collect accommodation keys, then this can be added during booking.

Do you provide baby and child seats?

Yes we do.  Please select how many child/baby seats you need during the booking process and we will provide them free of charge.  On the final checkout page please specify all child/baby ages in the notes, so we can bring the correct seats.  If you are unsure or have any questions then please contact us.

I can’t find a route I want to book. What should I do?

We will provide transfers to/from alternative resorts and airports, subject to availability.  Please contact us with your requirements and we will let you know if we can help.

On booking, do I enter flight times or the time we want to be collected?

Please enter the time the flight lands in to Geneva airport and the time it takes off from Geneva.  We then manage the collection and pickup times for you, to ensure the best service.

Before you travel

What luggage entitlement will I have?

Our long wheel base vehicles have large boots, ideal for carrying your luggage and ski equipment.  If you have a bike or other large luggage, then please make sure you add this during the checkout process.  If necessary, we will bring a box trailer.  If you have lots of luggage or are unsure, then please contact us with any questions

Where will I meet the driver when I arrive?

When you arrive at Geneva Airport, your transfer driver will meet you in the arrivals hall of Terminal 1, in front of the ‘Tekoe Tea Shop’.  As you come through arrivals, turn to the left and you will see ‘Tekoe Tea Shop’ at the back of the arrivals hall next to the glass sliding doors.  Your driver will be stood with your name on a board (unless we advise otherwise).  To cater for all airport transfer days and times, we sometimes work with trusted partners who may have a different meeting point.  If this is the case, we will inform you in advance.  If you are landing in Terminal 2 then we will come and collect you from there.  If you can’t find your driver then please contact +44 7534 801 436 and wait at the ‘Tekoe Tea Shop’.

 

What happens if I can’t locate my driver?

If you can’t find your driver at the airport then please call +44 7534 801 436 and we will contact your driver.  In the meantime. please go to the ‘Tekoe Tea Shop’ in arrivals and we will let your driver know you are there.

For departure transfers, please wait an extra 10 minutes after your scheduled pickup time.  If your driver still hasn’t arrived then please contact us on +44 7534 801 436 .

 

My group size has changed, can I choose another vehicle?

If your numbers have changed then please contact us straight away and we will confirm if we can fit your extras in your vehicle.  If needed we can use a bigger vehicle or add an extra vehicle to your booking.

How long will the transfer take?

Morzine – Geneva airport 80 minutes

Les Gets – Geneva airport 70 minutes

Avoriaz – Geneva airport 100 minutes

St Jean D’Aulps – Geneva airport 90 minutes

What time will we be collected for our departure transfer?

Pickup times are usually between 3.5 and 4 hours before your departure flight time (depending on road and weather conditions). We will text your departure pick up time to the mobile number provided on booking, the day before your flight.  Please be ready for your designated pick up time, thank you.
